'Plan of the Naval Cooperage and part of the new Fortifications distinguishing... what must necessarily be purchased by the Ordnance and... what may be disposed of to a private purchaser 21 st Jan ry 1799'. Scale: 1 inch to 50 feet. Originally included in a bundle of copies of correspondence about the sale of lands and naval buildings, 1799-1803; the bundle was apparently put together in 1821.
