Hong Kong. Plans, elevations and sections of a house belonging to A R Johnston at Victoria, proposed to be purchased by the Ordnance, showing dimensions of rooms and fittings. Roads, barracks, stables, officer's quarters, the church and other buildings are also shown. Scales: (1) 1 inch to 70 feet; (2) 1 inch to 10 feet. Signed by Lieutenant Colonel G Philpotts, Royal Engineers, and originally accompanying his letter dated 29 November 1847. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 64 cm x 63 cm; (2) 53 cm x 73 cm.
