Carmarthenshire. Plan showing a field near Carmarthen purchased by the Board of Ordnance as a site for the proposed new barracks. The boundary of Ordnance property, a proposed wall, uses of land, surrounding properties, a proposed road and the existing road are also shown. Reference table and notes. Scale: 1 inch to 40 feet. Compass indicator. Signed by Captain John Chaytor, Royal Engineers, and originally accompanying his return of landed property dated 11 July 1848 to the Inspector General of Fortifications.
