Kent. Plan of Ordnance land at Broadstairs showing the boundary and buildings. Reference note to sizes of land. Scale: 1 inch to 40 feet. Compass indicator. Initialed 'W.B.T.' and signed by Lieutenant Fitzroy [Molyneux Henr] Somerset, Royal Engineers, 11 July 1848. Originally accompanying a return of property dated 31 August 1848 by Lieutenant Colonel William Burton Tylden, Royal Engineers, Dover to the Inspector General of Fortifications.
