Kent. Plan showing Ordnance property at Upnor. Boundaries, roads and the River Medway are also shown. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Reference notes to colouring and sizes of land. Compass indicator. Signed by Lieutenant Colonel William Henry Slade, Royal Engineers, 27 July 1848 and originally accompanying his report of the same date to the Inspector General of Fortifications. Annotated 'To accompany the Returns called for by the Master General's and Board's Order dated 12th June 1848'.
