Suffolk. Plan of the Ordnance land in front of the south battery at Battery Green, Lowestoft showing a proposed road and 'lines of deviations as laid down by the improvement committee'. A boat house and the high water mark are also shown. Scale: 1 inch to 198 feet. Compass indicator. Signed by Captain John Twiss, Commanding Royal Engineer, Eastern District and originally accompanying his report dated 28 December 1853 to the Inspector General of Fortifications.
