Jersey. Three sheets of plans and sections of the harbour at St Helier. (29) 'Sketch A' and (30) 'Sketch B' showing proposed approaches to the harbour and the deviation of the public road passing through the Ordnance property; (31) 'Sketch C' showing proposed alterations to form the approaches to the new pier with reference to the defences. Scales: (29) horizontal scale 1 inch to 40 feet, vertical scale 1 inch to 10 feet; (30) 1 inch to 120 feet; (31) 1 inch to 100 feet. Signed by Lieutenant Colonel Frederick English, Commanding Royal Engineer, 29 May 1843 and originally accompanying his report of the same date to Colonel Fanshawe. Sheet sizes between 41 cm x 71 cm and 67 cm x 90 cm.
