Jersey: St Helier. (12) Plan of Ordnance property between Fort Regent and Havre des Pas showing proposed works for the occupation of South Hill. A proposed deviation of the public road and the proposed new harbour are also shown. (13) Plan and section of the proposed deviation of the road to the engineers' barracks. Scales: (12) 1 inch to 100 feet; (13) plan and horizontal section 1 inch to 40 feet, vertical section 1 inch to 20 feet. Reference table and note. Compass indicators. Signed Frederick English, Lieutenant Colonel Commanding Royal Engineer, to accompany his letter dated 23rd April 1841 to the Inspector General of Fortifications. Dimensions of sheets: (12) 50 cm x 74 cm; (13) 37.5 cm x 53.5 cm.
