Plan showing the encroachments that would be made on Ordnance property 'should the Board accede to the request contained in Mrs Dignan's letter of the 29th November 1838 to the respective officers at Guernsey'. Scale: 1 inch to 10 feet. Signed by Lieutenant Colonel Patrick Doull Calder, Commanding Royal Engineer, and originally accompanying his letter dated 1 December 1838.
