'Plan of the part of the Ordnance Property at Londonderry shewing the limit to which it is proposed by the Ballast Office Committee to dredge and scour the Slob of the River Foyle above Low Water Mark'. Signed: 1 inch to 60 feet. Compass indicator. Signed: Captain T R Mould, Royal Engineers, 14 December 1853; and W B Marlow, Deputy Commander of the Royal Engineers. Initialled: B R B. 22 December 1853. Originally enclosed in a letter from Marlow, 16 December 1853; this letter was forwarded in a letter from Colonel A Emmett, Commanding Royal Engineer, 22 December 1853.
