Cape Colony: Grahamstown (now in Eastern Cape province, South Africa). 'Sketch of a portion of Fort England... shewing... the former site of soldiers privies, and... the site to which they have been removed': plan, also showing private property and barracks. Compass indicator. Signed: Major C D Robertson, Commanding Royal Engineer, 24 April 1854; and Lieutenant E Belfield, Royal Engineers, 25 April 1854. Originally accompanying a letter dated 24 April 1854.
