Reference table to railways, frontiers, international boundaries, and British and Russian spheres of influence. Coloured MS additions show the distribution of Arab and Kurdish peoples, and of 'Pan-Turanian elements'; MS reference tables. Signed: [Lieutenant Colonel] F R Maunsell, [Royal Artillery], 5 December 1917. Originally enclosed in Maunsell's letter to [Lieutenant Colonel] W H Gribben, [General Staff], 5 December 1917.
