France; Germany; Luxembourg. 2 copies of 'Diagram of Industrial Objectives for the Independent Force' showing an area between Reims, Essen, Frankfurt and Freiburg im Breisgau and targets bombed towards the end of the First World War [1918]. Reference table. Originally illustrating lectures on air strategy, July 1923 and on air operations, July 1924, given by Air Vice-Marshal Brooke-Popham at the Royal Air Force Staff College, Andover.
