'Battle of Loos' (September 25 1915): map of an area between Aire, Bailleul and Lens showing Headquarters of nos 2, 3, 10 and 16 Squadrons and Kite Balloon Sections. The First Army Front, observation zones and duties carried out by each squadron are also shown. Scale not shown. Originally illustrating a lecture on the development of the Royal Flying Corps during the First World War, given by Air Vice-Marshal Brooke-Popham [at the Royal Air Force Staff College, Andover] in 1924.
