Defendants: Edward Evans, Ann Southall Chilcott, James Valentine Chilcott and Jane Wilding Chilcott.

Amended by an order dated 20 October 1829 Ann Southwall Chilcott, James Valentine Chilcott and Jane Wilding Chilcott removed as defendants.
