Short title: Batten v Rogers.

Document type: two bills and two answers.

Plaintiffs: John Batten.

Defendant: Peter Lewis Parfitt, Samuel Prat, Susannah Rocke (widow), James John Rocke, Edward Whitley and wife, Edward Parfitt and wife and Frances Louisa Rogers.

Amended by an order dated 3 March 1841: John Ham, William Grainger and Robert Seaton added as defendants.
