Short title: Duncan v Payne.

Document type: bill and two answers.

Plaintiffs: Andrew Duncan and wife.

Defendant: Charles James Payne, Richard Shuter (junior), Matilda Shuter Boswell, Harriet Inkston, Richard Shuter, Maria Ann Graham, Jane Graham alias Jane Clark and Attorney General.

Amended by an order dated 10 March 1841: Hector Allen (abroad) added as defendant. Jane Graham alias Jane Clark removed as defendant.

Supplementary bill Trinity 1844.
