Plaintiffs: Mary Connell and others.

Defendant: Charles Tapp.

Amended by an order dated 24 March 1841: Joshua Walker, William Hargrave Mann, William Draper and Thomas Keasley added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 14 April 1841: George Lackington added as defendant.

Supplementary bill Easter 1841.

Three extra answers, probably those not identified with W1841 C4.

Chancery Master: Duckworth (amended to Horne).
