Plaintiffs: Robert Chester Cooper and another.

Defendants: James Bolland (amended to Frederick Silver), Joesph Hare, Mathias Cooper Knight and Robert Stokes Sloper (abroad).

Amended by an order dated 10 November 1833: Thomas Jones added as defendant.
