Plaintiffs: Henry Fearon Heath and wife and others.

Defendant: Thomas Masterman Winterbottom, Thomas Carlen, Thomas Davidson, Robert Clark, William Wilson and Thomas Andrew Minchin.

Supplementary bill Trinity 1816 and Supplementary bill Easter 1818.

Two answers not identified, probably the extra answers with R1816 H12, one answer applies to both cases.
