The bills and answers of these cases, both answers apply to both cases.

Plaintiffs: Richard Hill of Alvescott, Oxfordshire, farmer and Henry Ward of Great Farringdon, Berkshire, surgeon.

Defendants: Richard Gearing and Mary Gearing his wife, Jane Hooper (widow) and Joseph Pitt.

Revived Trinity 1811, Revived Trinity 1812, Revived Hilary 1815 plaintiffs name Hewer and Revived Michaelmas 1815 plaintiffs name Bayliss.

Subject: mortgage.

R1812 H7.

Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Hill of Alvescot, Oxfordshire (widow and relict of John Hill, deceased who was brother of Richard Hill, bachelor deceased, intestate), John Hill, eldest son and heir at law of John Hill, infant by his said mother, and Jane Ward, widow amended to Henry William Ward of Farringdon, Berkshire.
