Short title: Gregson v Clay.

Document type: two answers.

Plaintiffs: Frances Gregson, infant by John Whitley her next friene.

Defendants: Matthew Gregson, John Vaux, John McCartney, Mary Gregson (widow), William Henry Clay and Frances Barbara Clay.

Amended by an order dated 26 July 1814: Mary Clay, Harriet Margaret Clay, infants by John Down Gregson of Liverpool, Lancashire, gent, their guardian and Henry Clay and Frances Clay his wife added as defendants
