Short title: Garnett v Page.

Document type: bill and two answers.

Plaintiffs: Eliza Garnett aged 16 years and George Garnett aged 13 years, infants by Richard Hope of Doctors Commons, London, gent on behalf of themselves and other unsattisfied legatees of Sarah Swallow, spinster late of Swansea, Glamorganshire.

Defendants: Thomas Furly Forster, Francis Houssmayne Duboulay, Benjamin Meggot Forster and Thomas Page.
