Description

[R1806 F4].

Short title: Fordham v Fordham.

Document type: two bills and answer.

Plaintiffs: Mary Anne Fordham (amended to Anne Fordham) of South Lopham, Norfolk, widow of Thomas Fordham the elder late of Blo Norton, Norfolk, farmer.

Defendants: Thomas Fordham, Robert Fordham (sons of Thomas Fordham the elder) and Benjamin Button of Thelnatham, Suffolk, merchant, all executors.

Amended by an order dated 30 May 1809: Zachariah Fordham, Frances Fordham, Elizabeth Day, Mary Nunn and Henry Button added as defendants.

Subject: coveture and dower.
