Short title: Brooks v Earl of Darlington.

Document type: ten answers.

Plaintiffs: George Brooks and John Brooks.

Defendants: Charles [Whitworth] Lord Whitworth, Emanuel Baruch Lousada, George Stainforth, Robert Fitzwilliam Hallifax, Thomas Ludbry, David Okeden, Parry Okeden, Thomas Thackeray, Henry Edmund Allen (abroad) and wife, William Hyde, Edward Morgan, Joseph Pitt, Thomas Smith, John Prickett, William Harry [Vane] Earl of Darlington, Richard Stileman, Richard Denne, Edwin Dawes, Walter Fuller and Henry Ruck Butler.

Amended by an order dated 9 June 1815: John Elderton Burn, Thomas Kay and Richard Kentish added as defendants: Walter Fuller and Henry Ruck Butler removed as defendants.
