Short title: Birkett v Smith.

Document type: bill and answer.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Browne Birkett of Northumberland Street, Strand, Westminster, Middlesex, coal merchant and Harriot Birkett his wife, Caroline Birkett aged 14 years, Thomas Birkett aged 13 years, Henry Soan Birkett aged 7 years and Elizabeth Browne Birkett aged 1 year, infants by said Thomas Browne Birkett, their father and next friend, Ann Soan, widow and relict of Bromley, Kent, farmer deceased, Rose Thomas of Plaistoe, Essex, widow, Mary Turner of Queens Square, Commercial Road, Middlesex, spinster and Ann Boddington of Play House Yard, Blackfriars, Surrey, widow (foemerly Ann Turner, spinster).

Defendants: Booth Hibbett and Henry Smith.

Amended by an order dated 16 November 1815: Robert Turner added as defendant.

Revived Michaelmas 1815, Revived Hilary 1820 and Revived Trinity 1820.
