Short title: Atkins v Attorney General.

Document type: Answer only.

Plaintiffs: Abram Atkins.

Defendants: Andrew Cochrane Johnstone, Basil Cochrane, Alexander Brierley (abroad) and the Attorney General.

Amended by an order dated 01 Jun3 1810: John Tunno alias John Tynno and Bank of England added as defendants.

One answer with R1811 K4, it applies to both cases and one answer here also applies to R1811 K4.
