Plaintiffs: Sir John Arundel kt of Huntingdon, Huntingdonshire.

Defendants: Stephen Gage, Elizabeth Hawes, Maria Hawes, Frances Heather, Disney Cathrow, Joseph Francis Wyatt, Thomas Green, John Gregory, Jonas Asplin, James Brown and wife (abroad), Joseph Asplin (amended to George Asplin), Peter Asplin, Charles Asplin, Christopher Parsons and wife, John Brasier Arundel, Ann Sarah Arundel and Mary Elizabeth Arundel.

Amended by an order dated 01 Jun 1815: James Cathrow added as a defendant.

Original Bill Trinity 1798 plaintiff's name Hawes.
