Description

[M1825 B47].

Short title: Birch v Joy.

Document type: Bill and three answers.

Plaintiffs: Wyrley Birch.

Defendant: William Colhoun, George Joy, Michael Joy, John Rose Drewe, Priscilla Wollaston and George Wollaston.

Amended by an order dated 21 November 1825: William Hall Joy and Elizabeth Joy added as defendants. Michael Joy removed as defendant.

Revived Michaelmas 1829, Revived Hilary 1835, Revived Trinity 1841 and Supplementary bill Hilary 1842.

Order of 6 July 1848 was enrolled 25 January 1849.
