Defendant: Watkin Charlton, John Smith (amended to Thomas Smith), George Alton and wife, Francis Garratt, Thomas Gould and wife, Thomas Garratt, John Dutton and wife, Thomas Smith, John Smith, Joseph Smith, William Smith, Thomas Gilman and wife, James Smith, William Tipping, Elizabeth Denman, Francis Tipping, Sarah Tipping, George Tipping, Thomas Tipping, Jonathan Wood and wife and Joseph Tipping.

Amended by an order dated 23 August 1825: John Smith (senior) added as defendant.

Revived Trinity 1840 plaintiffs name Baldwin and Revived 1845 plaintiffs name Bruce 1845 B22.
