Plaintiffs: Mary Ann Bennett and others.

Defendant: George Archdale Low, John Evans and wife, Hugh Hall, Hugh Hall (junior), Eliza Hall, Emily Hall, Mary Hall, Clara Hall, John Southern (abroad) and William Nicholson Alcock.

Amended by an order dated 28 February 1826: Christopher Beverley added as defendants. William Nicholson Alcock removed as defendant.

Amended by an order dated 20 November 1827: Joseph Petty Toulmin and Attorney General added as defendants.

Original bill: Easter 1794 plaintiffs name Paton.
