Income tax legislation in the UK and colonies: suggestion for the establishment of an Inter-Departmental Committee with representatives of the Colonial Office, Board of Inland Revenue and relevant commercial interests to discuss the question of colonial income tax legislation; includes printed memorandum produced by the West India Committee regarding the assessment and collection of income tax chargeable to the UK and colonies.
