A series of volumes giving details of redemptions of Land Tax from 1799 until 1953. Arrangement
Arrangement

The volumes are arranged by counties, and within counties by Land Tax parishes, which do not always coincide with ecclesiastical parish or tithe district.

Indexes to the parishes are in IR 22/206 (Bedfordshire - Nottinghamshire, not Hampshire) and IR 22/207 (Oxfordshire - Yorkshire, including Hampshire, and Wales). These give the county volume (which needs to be converted to the modern reference) and folio number.
