Plaintiffs: William Jones.

Defendants: Sarah Elizabeth Quarme, George Nibbs, Samuel Martin, William Manning, Alexander Gordon, Bertie Entwistle Jarvis and Mary Humphreys.

amended by an order dated 20 August 1824: John Hopton Forbes and Robert Cornish added as defendant.
