Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Jenkins.

Defendants: Francis Cowlen Wood, John Binford and Francis Taylor.

amended by an order dated 27 April 1825: Edward Salter, Charles Salter, James Salter (senior) and wife, Frances Salter, Susanna Salter, Mary Ann Salter, Sarah Salter, Elizabeth Salter, John Salter (son of James Salter), James Salter (junior), William Salter, James Cross Salter, Henry Cross Salter, John Salter (son of Henry Salter), Richard Francis Salter and Thomas Hooper added as defendants.

amended by an order dated 5 June 1826: William Finnemore, John Terrell, Thomas Heathman, Richard Partridge and Thomas Woodman added as defendants.
