Defendants: Sir John Berney, Hanson Berney, John Blake, Richard Collett, Rowland Wimborn Kenrick Collett, Ralph Caldwell, Richard Barry, Joseph Sewell, Elizabeth Bermey, Henry Berney, Marianne Williams, George Berney, Mary Ann Berney, George Henry Neville Saville, Henry Lumley, Henry Stilman [?], Robert Berney, Henry Tahourden and John Berney.
Amended by an order dated 16 Apr 1825: Jacob Van Romyer and wife and Abraham Moore (abroad) added as defendants. Elizabeth Berney, Henry Stilman [?] and Henry Tahourdin removed as defendants.
Original Bill Michaelmas 1812.
