Plaintiffs: John Edward Watson and wife and others.

Defendants: John Campbell, Thomas Charles Fitzhugh Sandon and wife, Edward Fletcher, Mary Wrench, Matthew Lowe, Matthew Wrench and Anthony Daffy Swinton (senior, abroad).

amended by an order dated 21 May 1821: John Prestage added as defendant.

original bill Hilary 1816, plaintiffs name Swinton.
