Description

Short title: Pollard v Micklethwait.

Document type: answer only.

Plaintiffs: John Pollard and another.

Defendants: Richard Micklethwait, John Micklethwait, Thomas, Mary Micklethwait widow, Mary Micklethwait, Samuel Scoley and wife, and Richard Micklethwait the grandson.

Amended by order of 5 September 1803: Elizabeth Micklethwait added as a defendant, and Mary Micklethwait and Samuel Scoley removed as defendants.

Revived and Supplementary bill Hilary 1825.
