Short title: McCormick v Thatcher.

Document type: Bill and two answers.

Plaintiffs: George McCormick and another.

Defendants: Francis Thatcher, Thomas East, George Hannam and William Kingsford.

amended by an order dated 16 May 1808: George Hannam removed as defendant.

revived Michaelmas 1810 and supplementary bill 1853 M77, plaintiffs name Ball.
