This series of reports of the commissioners of the Inland Revenue comprises annual reports from 1856, surveys of personal incomes from 1969, and statistical reports from 1971. Pre 1969 published surveys of incomes are described in the introduction to the 1969-70 survey. Pre 1970 statistics were included in the annual reports. There is an index to the annual reports, 1856 to 1907.
