Claims in respect of coin surrendered in exchange for German bank notes under the German Proclamation of 4 January 1916: notification of inability to submit claim under Clause 10 of Annex 1 of the Peace Treaty, as the exaction was imposed upon the populous of German territories, not those of an Allied or Associated power.
