Description

These specimen forms have been drawn mainly from the Board of Inland Revenue but include a few of the Board of Taxes, the Board of Stamps and Taxes and of the Special Commissioners of Income tax (records otherwise in EM).

The series includes forms used in connection with the assessment and collection of income tax and of the former land and assessed taxes and inhabited house duty. Others relate to drainage advances, valuation matters and to stamp and death duties. There are also guidance leaflets, textables and reckoners.
