Description

Transmits copies of indictments and judicial notes of evidence [not in item], sent by President Berkeley, in the case of three persons, Henry, Baptiste, and John Vierre, who were sentenced at the last Court of Grand Sessions, to transportation 'beyond the seas'; first two individuals for seven years each and latter person for life.
