Defendants: Thomas Payne, John Smith, Robert Rennie (amended to Edward Rainey), William Parish, William Henry Dickenson, John Shoe alias John Shew and Emma Shoe alias Emma Shew his wife (abroad), Joseph Dickenson (junior), Thomas Baker alias Isaac Baker and wife, Walker Brewster, Thomas Brewster, John Brewster and Thomas Broom (abroad).

amended by an order dated 20 June 1834: John Hewitt (abroad added as defendant; Thomas Broom (abroad and Joseph Dickenson, junior removed as defendants.
