Plaintiffs: Samuel Dutton and wife and others.

Defendants: Joshua Jebb, Wootton Byrchinshaw Thomas, Sarah Bossley and John Daintrey alias John Smith Daintryy.

amended by an order dated 14 July 1834: George Bower, Samuel Bower Whittles, Thomas Pollitt, Ann Smith, widow, Thomas Newman and wife, Frances Bower, Crowley Millington, William Soltan and Joseph Annfield added as defendants
