- Monguillot de la Farge states that he gave a certain sum of money to Raymond de Lespiaup, ship's master, to trade with, and that Raymond has cheated him and fled without rendering account. He asks the King to order the Seneschal of Gascony and the Constable of Bordeaux to do justice on Raymond, to return to Monguillot or his attorneys his ship and an account of the goods he had from him and the profit he has had from them, and to return his goods and the profit to him.
