- Sibyl le Boteler and Susan Cole state that they sued an attaint against twelve men who made a false oath in an assize of novel disseisin they brought against Baldwin de Brugge and Alice his wife in Webtree hundred, Herefordshire, but that the Sheriff and his ministers changed the good jury in this attaint for one made up of their enemies. They request a writ to the Coroner to empanel a good jury, and another to the justices of assize to receive this jury chosen by the coroner.
