Joan, widow of Adam de Peshale, asks that, as her husband was never forfeited in such a way that his heir should be disinherited or that she should be deprived of her dower, she might be given her dower from the lands that were Adam's and were seized into the King's hand, and that his heir might have his inheritance.John de Peshale asks that he might have the term of the church of Sandon, of which church he was seised for two years before his father's death.
