Robert atte Grene, Nicholas le Coisester and John de Westone, merchants, state that an arrest was adjudged to them in full parliament against the men of the power of France, in compensation for good stolen from them at the mouth of the Seine by John de Seint Agace and other malefactors from France, Normandy and Scotland. They were immediately attached and arrested at Honfleur, and process begun against them, but, despite the command of Philip de Valois to the baillifs of Rouen and Caen, who held the goods, they were delivered to the malefactors, and the merchants have never been able to have recovery since. They ask that their writs might be renewed and that they might have execution of the arrest, according to the tenor of their writs close.
