Bernard, Lord of Toujouse, who has served the King and his father faithfully, and is still ready to do so, states that he has all lordship in the parishes of St Sever de Toujouse and St Pierre de Calikebane, except for high lordship, which belongs to the King. He asks that he and his heirs might have high justice in these two parishes, in liege homage, as in other lands that are held of the King.
